Due to recent events and out of an abundance of caution, there will be increased security at City Hall today, the city of Cape Coral said.

Several City Hall parking lot entrances have been closed, however, the Southeast 10th Street parking lot entrance will remain open.

Signage will be in place for anyone planning to attend this evening’s City Council Meeting.
