Recently opened Hampton Manor of Cape Coral, located at 1906 Skyline Blvd, the Cape’s only premiere one-story Independent, assisted living, and memory care facility now features a state-of-the art Family Visitation Lounge.

The Family Visitation Lounge Suite allows family members to comfortably visit with loved ones separated only by a floor to ceiling Plexiglas divider.

The room, which is near completion, features a separate outside entrance for family members. Residents access their side of the room through the community suite adjoining the facility, never having to go outside.

Families will be able to schedule visits with loved ones each week with the facility’s receptionist, who will coordinate visits with caregivers and residents.

Each side of the lounge contains a comfortable sitting area and amenities including a two-way intercom system to ensure the ease of conversation.

“We’ve created this feature for our families because we want to provide the very best services that we possibly can,” said owner Shahid Imran. “We owe it to the greatest generation in history to give back to them ten-fold what they’ve done for us.

“This private Family Visitation Lounge is one of a kind in the industry and will afford wonderful

opportunities for family interaction up close and personal without the fear of COVID transmission.”

“The lounge will be clean and sanitized between visitations”, explained Dahlia Black, executive director, and “we’re working to make the space feel as homey as possible for both families and loved ones while they are able to visit in person during these uncertain times.”

Hampton Manor boasts resort-style living within a 77,000-square-foot facility featuring three courtyards, a swimming pool, putting green and rock-formation waterfall, billiards/game room, library, movie theatre and spa. Residents can select from 88 studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe or two-bedroom apartments.
