Boy charged with shooting BB gun at bus
SPRING HILL (AP) – A 13-year-old boy has been charged with shooting a BB gun at a Hernadno County school bus.
The sheriff’s office reports that the boy and his friends were in a retention pond shooting at bugs and a bucket Tuesday when the Challenger K-8 bus, full of students, drove by. Authorities say the boy shot out a window on the bus, getting glass on two of the students.
The boy was charged with shooting/throwing a deadly missile into an occupied conveyance. He was released to the custody of his parents.
