Law student reported missing in Fla.
MIAMI (AP) – Authorities are searching for a 28-year-old Florida International University law student who hasn’t been seen for about two weeks.
Tom Daniels was last seen leaving a pizza restaurant on Nov. 2. He reportedly appeared upset. His mother, Denise, said a friend who was with Tom Daniels said it appeared as though her son had been threatened. She says her son has “never done anything like this before.”
Tom Daniels was reported missing Wednesday afternoon. Denise Daniels, who lives in California, says she doesn’t understand why her son’s friends waited so long to report the disappearance.
FIU police are investigating the case.
