Del. police arrest fugitive wanted in sexual assault
GLASGOW, Del. (AP) – New Castle County Police say a man accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl in Florida has been arrested.
Police said 44-year-old Walter Dunn was arrested at his home near Glasgow Wednesday and will be extradited to Florida.
Authorities in Kissimmee, Fla. contacted Delaware police to have Dunn arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with the girl last year.
When police went to his home in the 100 block of Loretta Lane, he was arrested without incident on fugitive from justice charges. He is being held at Howard Young Prison.
The charge in Florida is capital sexual battery.
