MIAMI (AP) – A former Miami-Dade judge is accused of bilking more than $80,000 from a nonprofit college grant.

Phillip Davis helped found the Miami-Dade Resident College in the late 1990s after losing his judgeship in a corruption case. He admitted snorting cocaine in his chambers, but claimed drug and alcohol addiction led him down the wrong path.
