Boy, 12, pleads not guilty in death
BARTOW (AP) – A 12-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a minor in the shooting death of his 10-year-old cousin just before Christmas last year.
The child entered the plea Monday afternoon at a hearing in Polk County’s Juvenile Court.
