Man sets neighbor’s skate ramp on fire
ORANGE CITY (AP) – Sheriff deputies in Orange City say a man set a skateboard ramp on fire after he repeatedly asked his neighbors to remove it from the road near his home. Police say they found 45-year-old Lewis Smith arguing with neighbors and the man who built the ramp Sunday after Smith had set the ramp on fire with a lighter.
