North Fort Myers Baptist Church to hold Fall Festival & Craft Show

North Fort Myers Baptist Church will hold its first-ever Fall Festival & Craft Show Saturday, Oct. 30, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The festival will feature Kona Ice, hot dogs, chips, popcorn, drinks and more. There will also be bounce houses, games and prizes for the kids, and special appearances by the Pink Heals Fire Truck, the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, Lee County Fire & Rescue and Cowboy Dave & Cowgirl Jessi.

Burnt Store Presbyterian Church to present musical performances

Burnt Store Presbyterian Church, located at 11330 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, will host a number of musical performances, including a Christmas holiday special presented by the Ditchfield Family Singers and its Concert Series.

The Ditchfield Family Singers will present its Christmas Memories on Monday, Nov. 29, at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $25 and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

• Nov. 7, at 3 p.m. — A Patriotic Sing-Along event to honor veterans who have so served our country. The program will feature our Praise Team, Chancel Choir, special musicians and the audience, who will be able to participate by joining us in song.

• Jan. 24 — The Tribute Company, Music of Seals and Croft, America, 3 Dog Night and Doobie Brothers.

• Feb. 14 — The Boys of D63 – Songs of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, hits from the ’70s, too.

• March 14 — Everly Set – a tribute to the Everly Brothers

Season tickets for three concerts are $60. Single performance tickets are $25. Tickets go on sale Dec. 19, if available. Performances will start at 7:15 p.m.

Burnt Store Presbyterian Church also has vocalists and musicians who present a variety of talents in the weekly church services.

The traditional choir meets at Thursday at 5 p.m. for practice. The contemporary choir meets Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and the Bell Ringers on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Please bring your talents and friendship to share.
