The Cape Coral Art League has announced the following schedule for classes and events.

September

* Open Painting — Every Wednesday, from 1-4 p.m.; cost is $2 for members and $6 for non-members.

* Acrylic Painting for Beginners Plus, with instructor Pat St. Onge — Four weeks, Mondays, Sept. 13, 20, 27 and Oct. 4, from 1-4 p.m.; cost is $80 for entire 4-week session.

* Fundamentals of Oil 7 Acrylic Painting Intermediate Level, with instructor Patty Sole — Four weeks, Tuesdays, Sept. 7, 14, 21 and 28, from 12:30-3:30 p.m.; cost is $85 for entire 4-week session.

October

* Open Painting — Every Wednesday, from 1-4 p.m.; cost is $2 for members and $6 for non-members.

* Student Sundays — Every Sunday, from 1-4 p.m., ages 6-14; cost $15 covers all supplies.

* Acrylic Painting for Beginners Plus, with instructor Pat St. Onge — Four weeks, Mondays, Oct. 11, 18, 25 and Nov. 1, from 1-4 p.m.; cost is $80 for entire 4-week session.

* Fundamentals of Oil & Acrylic Painting Intermediate Level, with instructor Patty Sole — Three weeks, Tuesdays, Oct. 5, 19 and 26, from 12:30-3:30 p.m.; cost is $65 for entire 3-week session.

* Digital Photography & Graphics (adults 16 and up), with instructor Carmen Sprague — Four weeks, Wednesdays, Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27, from 3-5 p.m.; cost is $85 for entire 4-week session.

* Florida Life – Juried Show — Show will be open the entire month of October, Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
