Branch of Life Christian Fellowship
The Branch of Life Christian Fellowship is at 4818 Coronado Parkway in Cape Coral and is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, contemporary Christian fellowship.

Join Cape Alliance Church every week at 9:30 a.m. for an uplifting and transforming time of worship, grounded in God’s word, enriched with an authentic blend of traditional and contemporary music.
Women in the Word, a study of the New Testament, meets Monday evenings, beginning at 7.
Each Tuesday morning at 10:30, Ordinary Adult King-dom Seekers is a weekly Bible study for those who would like to learn more about the Bible.
Students meet at the Nomad Lounge Sunday nights at 6. All students in grades 6-12 are welcome!

Cape Baptist Church
All 7th-12th graders are invited to come to the church’s Impact Youth Group. It meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8. The group plays games, enjoys snacks and learns how God wants teens to live their lives.
Kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade are welcome to visit the church each Thursday from 6:30-8 p.m., for AWANA Youth Clubs. The club plays games and learns about Jesus.
The Ladies’ Bible Study meets every Friday at 2 p.m. They are currently studying “Men of the Bible.” All ladies are invited to attend.

United Methodist Church

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. The group meets every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar and group discussion. GriefShare is a nondenominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. Each session is “self-contained” so you do not have to attend in sequence.

DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. CCFUMC is offering this Biblically based 13-week support group on Tuesday nights from 6-8 in room 152. Child care is available upon advanced request. Foundations Early Learning Center provides childcare; preschool and afterschool care for children from 1 to 5 years old, as part of the growing family and youth programs at CCFUMC. Center for Spiritual Living Cape Coral

Christ Lutheran
Apparently not satisfied by Jesus’ feeding of thousands, some who were there press him for a sign of his power; perhaps it is daily manna they want. As always, in John’s gospel when people want a sign, Jesus offers himself. He is the bread come from heaven to give life to the world. He calls us to come to him and believe in him, and through that relationship to know the one who sent him.
Christ Lutheran gathers on Saturday at 5:30 p.m., and Sunday at 9 a.m. for the celebration of Holy Communion.
Wednesdays at 10 a.m., the parish Prayer Team meets, and at 12:15 p.m. a Brown Bag and a Bible lunch is held at the church. Bring your lunch and a Bible and study scripture together over lunch. Pastor Bogholtz leads the study.

Faith Bible Fellowship
Faith Bible Fellowship is a family-oriented, non-denominational church that focuses on preaching truth from the word of God. The congregation worships God with a contemporary style of music, while keeping the focus on Christ. The church’s desire is to see Christ lifted up and God glorified as we minister to one another and our community.
The congregation meets Sunday mornings 10 at The Lake Kennedy Center, 400 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral. The church offers a safe and well staffed nursery for infants to preschoolers. At Faith Kids, children 5-11 will learn truth from the word of God and how it applies to their lives in a fun, and interactive environment. The youth group meets Thursdays at 7 p.m.

A Backpack Blessing will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church this Sunday, Aug. 23.

First Church of God

The church’s “Mission-ary of the Month” is the Rev. Vander Pol, a missionary and professor for Miami International Seminary. He writes theology courses in English for students around the world who study with MINTS. He supervises students and study centers in Southeast Asia. He travels to India, Myanmar and the Philippines to teach and supervise the work of study centers there.
The Rev. Vander Pol was pastor of Trinity Reformed for 13 years before he went into full-time missions. Prior to that he pastored churches in Minnesota and New Zealand; he pastored churches for 30 years. He attended Westminster Semi-nary in Philadelphia and Calvin Theological Semi-nary. He holds a D.Min. from MINTS International Seminary.
He has written three courses and articles as well as a very important book on the Trinity:?”God in Three Perons:?Biblical Testimony to the Trinity.”
