Rabbi Rudin to speak at Faith Presbyterian Church
“The Holy Land – Promise & Conflict” lecture series at Faith Presbyterian Church, 4544 Coronado Pkwy, Cape Coral, continues Tuesday, March 17, at 6:20 p.m., in the sanctuary with guest speaker Rabbi A James Rudin, D.D.
Rabbi Rudin, who has written 11 books, has lectured throughout the world and is a frequent guest on radio and television programs including ABC, BBC, CBS, CNN, Fox, and international new media.
A tireless public servant, the rabbi has served as the chairman of the International Jewish Committee for Interreligious Consultations and participated in eleven meetings with Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI.
Rabbi Rudin has also been part of the Camp David Presidential Retreat Interfaith Chapel Committee and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Holiday Commission.
His biography, by Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, will be published later this year by Texas Tech University Press.
The series is free to attend and is open to the public.
