Branch of Life
Christian Fellowship
The Branch of Life Christian Fellowship is at 4818 Coronado Parkway in Cape Coral and is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, contemporary Christian fellowship. Cape Alliance Church

Women in the Word, a study of the New Testament, meets Monday evenings, beginning at 7.
Each Tuesday morning at 10:30, Ordinary Adult King-dom Seekers is a weekly Bible study for those who would like to learn more about the Bible.

Cape Baptist Church
All 7th-12th graders are invited to come to the church’s Impact Youth Group. It meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8. The group plays games, enjoys snacks and learns how God wants teens to live their lives.
Kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade are welcome to visit the church each Thursday from 6:30-8 p.m., for AWANA Youth Clubs. The club plays games and learns about Jesus.
The Ladies’ Bible Study meets every Friday at 2 p.m. They are currently studying “Men of the Bible.” All ladies are invited to attend.

Community Church
Cape Coral Community Church will hold a GriefShare recovery seminar and support group Tuesdays, from 6-8 p.m., through May 12. The church is at 811 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral.
GriefShare sessions include a video featuring nationally recognized experts on grief, and group discussions focused on those who have lost a loved one through death. Seminar sessions include “The Journey of Grief,” “The Challenges of Grief,” “Guilt and Anger” and “Why?” Attendance at any point is welcome.

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. The group meets every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar and group discussion. GriefShare is a nondenominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. Each session is “self-contained” so you do not have to attend in sequence. Questions? DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. CCFUMC will be offering this Biblically based 13 week support group on Tuesday nights from 6-8 in room 152. Child care is available upon advanced request. Foundations Early Learning Center provides childcare; preschool and afterschool care for children from 1 to 5 years old, as part of the growing family and youth programs at CCFUMC. Christ Lutheran Church
On Ash Wednesday the church began its journey toward baptismal immersion in the death and resurrection of Christ. This year, the Sundays in Lent lead us to focus on five covenants God makes in the Hebrew Scriptures and to use them as lenses through which to view baptism. First Peter connects the way God saved Noah’s family in the flood with the way God saves us through the water of baptism. The baptismal covenant is made with us individually, but the new life we are given in baptism is for the sake of the whole world.
A Lenten Eucharist will be celebrated Saturday evening at 5:30 and Sunday morning at 9 and 11. The 9 a.m. liturgy is a Family Liturgy, there is a special message for children and youth and Sunday School is offered for children age 3 through 5th grade.
Wednesdays during Lent, informal services of soup, hymns, guided conversation and communion will be held in Hafer Hall. The guided conversation will focus on what it means to be church. Services are at noon and in the evening, soup will be available starting at 6:30, hymns and conversation will begin at 7 p.m.

Presbyterian Church
Join EPC this Sunday as Pastor Brent Lauder continues in his Living as Exiles: A Study on 1 Peter series. The church is are currently offering three Bible Study options for Women this quarter. 1) Women’s Evening Bible Study (WEBS) from 6-7:45 p.m. on the first and third Monday nights of the month. The study is written by Dr. Kathleen B. Nielson and is titled Colossians and Philemon: Continue to Live in Him. 2) Women of the Word is from 9-11 a.m. and 6:30-8:00 p.m. every Tuesday. The study is the book of Hebrews and 3) Women’s Book Discussion/Support Group offered the second and fourth Monday of the month from 6-7:30 p.m. This group is studying the book Idols of the Heart: Learning to Long for God by Elyse Fitzpatrick.
The church also has a Men’s Breakfast and Bible Study Fellowship the first Saturday of the month starting at 7:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The next one is Saturday, March 7.

Faith Presbyterian Church
Wednesday Worship during Lent will take place weekly and will include Com-munion. Lenten Wednesday worship services will take place from 12:30 – 1 p.m. in Hunt Chapel March 4, March 11, March 18 and March 25.
The Barbary Coast Dixieland Show Band will perform Friday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m., in the faith sanctuary. Made up of six talented musicians who play 18 instruments, this versatile group, which occasionally swaps instruments on stage without missing a note, will have feet tappin’ from the very first set! $15 per person tickets are available in the church office or at the door.
Holy Land Promise & Conflict: March 3, 10, 17 and 24, at 6:20 p.m., in the Sanctuary. Four-week lecture series as part of Tuesday’s Together. Guest speakers will share their perspectives on the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

First Church of God
