Branch of Life Christian Fellowship

The Branch of Life Christian Fellowship is at 4818 Coronado Parkway in Cape Coral and is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, contemporary Christian fellowship. Cape Baptist Church

All 7th-12th graders are invited to Cape Baptist Church’s Impact Youth Group. It meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8. The group plays games, enjoys snacks and learns how God wants teens to live their lives.

All kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade are welcome to visit the church each Thursday from 6:30-8 p.m., for AWANA Youth Clubs. The club plays games and learns about Jesus.

The Ladies’ Bible Study meets every Friday at 2 p.m. It is currently studying “Women of the Bible.” All ladies are invited to attend.

Cape Coral Community Church is holding a GriefShare recover seminar and support group Tuesdays, from 6-8 p.m., through Nov. 11 (the program started Aug. 19). The church is at 811 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral.

GriefShare sessions include all new videos for 2014, featuring nationally recognizing experts on grief, and group discussions focused on those who have lost a loved one through death.

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Classes are Tuesdays through Nov. 17, from 6-8 p.m., in the Conference Room. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar and group discussion. During small group discussion time, participants will have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences and share their own. GriefShare is a nondenominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. All are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Christ Lutheran Church

We don’t invite strangers to our wedding banquets, but God does. Come to worship at Christ Lutheran this coming Sunday. Join with millions of strangers, all around the world, who come to be filled with God’s mercy. Holy Communion is celebrated at 5:30 p.m. Saturday and at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday.

This Sunday the youth are hosting their monthly pancake breakfast between the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. liturgies. Pancakes, breakfast meat, juice and coffee are served by the youth. A free will offering is welcome, proceeds help pay of the trip to the National Youth Gathering next summer.

Parents, don’t you wish your children came with an owner’s manual that told you how to be a good parent? None of us are perfect parents and we could all use some encouragement. Crosspoint started a new message series on Sunday, Oct. 5, that it hopes will offer some helpful ideas for real parents.

Crosspoint offers three worship experiences every Sunday at 9, 10:20 and 11:40 a.m. A safe, enriching program is offered for children birth through 5th grade at every service.

Evangelical Presbyterian Church

Evangelical Presbyterian Church invites the public to its worship service this Sunday at 10:30 a.m as Pastor Brent Lauder continues in our current series, Jonah. Faith Presbyterian Church

Faith Presbyterian Church was the first church building in Cape Coral and continues to thrive as a welcoming congregation to all. First Congregational Church

Study group called the Genealogy of People of God will be held each Wednesday at 10 a.m. It’s a unique look into the Old Testament during October and the New Testament during November. All are welcome!

The Annual Holiday Bazaar will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 312 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral.

The church is looking for vendors of arts, crafts and collectibles of all kinds – plus produce, plants, honey and flowers.

The church’s “Missionary of the Month” is the Rev. Allen Vander Pol, a missionary and professor for Miami International Seminary. He writes theology courses in English for students around the world who study with MINTS. He supervises students and study centers in Southeast Asia. He travels to India, Myanmar and the Philippines to teach and supervise the work of study centers there.

Rev. Vander Pol was pastor of Trinity Reformed for 13 years before he went into full-time missions. Prior to that he pastored churches in Minnesota and New Zealand; he pastored churches for 30 years. He attended Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia and Calvin Theological Seminary. He holds a D.Min. from MINTS International Seminary. He has written three courses and articles as well as a very important book on the Trinity:?”God in Three Perons:?Biblical Testimony to the Trinity.”
