April programs set at Cape Coral-Lee County Public Library
Next month’s roster of activities at Cape Coral-Lee County Public Library offers topics for all ages. The following activities are free to the public:
– English Caf:10 a.m. Fridays, April 2, 23 and 30; 6 p.m. Tuesdays, April 20, 27
– Craft Corner: Knitting, Crocheting & Cross-Stitchin 3:30 p.m. Mondays, April 5 and 19. Registration is requested.
– Chess: 5 p.m., Tuesdays, April 6, 13, 20 and 27. Registration is requested.
– Bagels, Books and Banter: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 27. Registration is requested.
– Toddler Storytime: 9:30 a.m. Thursdays, April 1, 15, 22 and 29 Children 2 years old and their caregivers. Registration is required.
– Baby-Parent Rhyme Time: 10:15 a.m. Thursdays, April 1, 15, 22 and 29. Registration is required.
– Family Storytime: 10:15 a.m. Wednesdays, April. Registration is re-quired.
Preschool Storytime: 11 a.m. Thursdays, April 1, 15, 22 and 29; 11 a.m. Wednesdays, April 14, 21 and 28. Registration is required.
– Kids Read Down Fines: 6-7 p.m. Mondays, April 5, 19, 3:30-4:30 p.m., Thursdays, April 8 and 22. For ages 18 and younger. Coupons may be applied to cards issued to patrons age 18 and under only.
– Book Bingo: 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 6. For students in grades K and up. Parents are welcome. Registration is requested.
– Wii Sports, 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7. Registration is required at the library. A signup sheet in half-hour increments with six spots per time period will be posted at Cape Coral Library Youth Services prior to the event. Once all 24 spots are filled, no other reservations will be taken. For children and teens up to 18 years of age.
– iLike: 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 28. Registration is required.
