Cape Coral Irish American Club
The Richard Mahigan Scholarship is offered yearly to a young person who promotes irish culture and heritage.
The amount of the scholarship is $500 and the winner will be chosen after completing the application.

The Southwest Florida Symphony
The Southwest Florida Symphony is accepting applications for the Joseph L. and Marilyn Van Sickle Vocal Music Scholarship Competition.
This competition is open to all high school seniors, full-time college students and graduate students majoring in music whose principal instrument is voice.
The scholarship will be a payment of $2,000, made every year for four consecutive years as long as the student maintains satisfactory progress and continues to pursue a music course of study.
Students applying for the Joseph L. and Marilyn Van Sickle Vocal Music Scholarship Competition must be a resident of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry or Glades counties with proof of legal residence.
Entrants are required to sing a maximum of ten minutes with a variety of repertoire and must provide their own accompanist.
