Cypress Lakes presents “Sweet Charity”

Institute for Responsible Corporate Governance at Florida Gulf Coast University announces its 2009-2010 Directors Series season schedule and invites current and former corporate directors, senior executives and governance professionals to attend.

Speakers include: Nov. 19, Kayla Gllian; Jan. 14, David Hirschmann; Feb. 23, Jim Johnson; March 4, E. Norman Veasy and April 8, and Timothy R. Baer.

Symphony Young Artists Competition

The Southwest Florida Symphony is accepting applications for the 45th annual Young Artists Competition.

Student musicians age 12 to 22 who live in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry or Glades counties are encouraged to apply.
