Harbour View Gallery welcomes blown glass artist David Pfoertnerand Roseline Young, who works with fiber Art, as the November 2009 featured visiting artists.
Artwork will be on display for the month of November.
The gallery is open daily from 11 to 8 p.m. with extended hours for special events.

Cape Coral Arts Studio
The Cape Coral Arts Studio located at 4553 Coronado Parkway, presents the following events in November:
– Experience the works of Charles Laurel Vavrina in a retrospective exhibit during the month of November in the Fine Arts Gallery.
– The “Contemporary Abstraction” exhibit, a juried, themed exhibition open to all area artists will be in the Cape Coral Arts Studio fine arts gallery from Dec. 4 through Dec. 31, In keeping with the theme, works must be abstract, free of recognizable subject matter, as found in any of the contemporary and modern styles of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Receiving is Monday, Nov. 30, from 9 to noon. A non-refundable entry fee of $10 per artist will be required at the time of delivery. Artists may submit up to two pieces.

Lee County Commission
This month Fort Myers resident James O’Neil will display handcrafted stained glass originals in Commissioner Hall’s downtown Fort Myers office until November 30. The public is welcome to view the artwork and learn more about the artist. Call 533-2226 to confirm office hours for viewing the artwork.

7th Annual Walk Through the Arts
Don’t miss the 7th Annual Walk Through the Arts, presented by Publix Super Market Charities located at the Alliance for the Arts on Saturday from 10 to 3 p.m.

Reflection Lakes Holiday Bazaar
On Nov. 20 and Nov. 21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, the Reflection Lakes Club house at 13950 Reflection Lakes Drive in Fort Myers will be filled with the sight and sounds of the holiday season as we host our 5th annual Holiday Bazaar. This year we are asking that you bring a can or bag of dog or cat food, which will be delivered to the Lee County Animal Shelter.
Sabal Springs Trash and Treasure
Sabal Springs Arts & Crafts Association will hold a Trash and Treasure sale on Saturday from 8 to noon.

Sanibel Captiva Art League
Sanibel Captiva Art League will hold its first general meeting of the 2009-2010 season on Thursday, at the Sanibel Community House at 2173 Periwinkle Way. Refreshments will be served at 1 p.m., prior to the business meeting at 1:30 p.m. Local artist, Julie Olander, will be the guest speaker and present a watercolor demonstration following the meeting.
