King’s Way Yard Sale

King’s Way Yard Sale to be held Saturday, Nov. 14, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 2016 Kismet Parkway East, Cape Coral.

Sponsored by King’s Way Christian Center, the yard sale will benefit the women’s ministry and youth ministry.

St. Andrew Catholic Church events

St. Andrew Catholic School will hold its 17th Annual Holiday Craft Fair, Nov. 14-15, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. in the Parish Hall at 2628 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral. This event is sponsored by the Home and School Association. There will be over 50 crafters, music, hourly raffles and entertainment and face painting. Admission is free. Grace Community Center

Grace Community Center at 4151 Hancock Bridge Parkway, North Fort Myers, is a branch of Grace United Methodist Church of Cape Coral and is the sponsor of the second Annual Craft and Plant-A-Palooza Bazaar.

The event will continue today, Saturday, Nov. 14, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Admission and parking is free. New this year is a Farmer’s market featuring local produce and fruits. Arts and crafts will be indoors.

The Ladies Guild/LWML of Trinity Lutheran Church & School will hold its annual Fall Yard and Bake Sale on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 7 a.m.-noon. There will be many good bargains to choose from and a bake sale.

St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church

Council of Catholic Women is having a bazaar Saturday, Nov. 14, 10 a.m. 6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

We will have baked goods, fresh farmer’s market, handmade crafts and jewelry, games, prizes and a 50/50 raffle. We’ll also have several items for a silent auction. Over 15 vendors with a variety of decorations, used books, floral arrangements and some lively entertainment for all.

Fishers of Men Lutheran Church

The Annual Arts & Craft Show will take place at the Fishers of Men Lutheran Church from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14. At this time vendors and buyers are sought to participate in this full-filled event. Call Mary Harrell at 283-5465 to reserve space both inside and outside. In addition, be sure to mark the calendar for future dates of Dec. 12 and Feb.13, 2010 for the next Arts and Craft Shows.

St. Hilary’s Episcopal Church

St. Hilary’s annual Holiday Bazaar, raffle and lunch will be held on Nov. 14, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch is from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. The church is located at 5011 McGregor Blvd., at the corner of Colonial under the Midpoint Bridge. The theme of this years bazaar is Mrs. Santa’s Workshop.

Tickets for the lunch are $7.50 and available at St. Hilary’s office and at the door. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5. All proceeds will be donated to the Community Cooperative Ministry, Inc

The 3rd annual Arts & Crafts Holiday Fair will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers, 13411 Shire Lane, off Daniels Parkway, on Saturday, Nov. 14, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, call 390-1487.

St. John The Apostle Church

St. John The Apostle Church will present its first annual sale of Florida’s plants and art at this new event called Nature’s Gallery: Florida’s Plants and Art Sale on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 10: a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a variety of trees, shrubs, some euphorbia and cactus, and flora for sale. Of particular interest to some are plants that attract butterflies. All plants, some of which are not native to Florida, grow well in our lush tropical climate. Autumn is an excellent time to landscape and plant in preparation for a new season of growing.

Those interested in displaying their artwork should contact the church office to reserve space.
