The Martial Arts Training Institute, 1490 N.E. Pine Island Road, Suite 7B, holds classes in sport yoga, pilates fitness, Kardio Kickboxing, StretchOut and Fitness BootCamp. All classes are led by certificated exercise, fitness and personal trainer Jason Haas. For information, call 673-7740.
Movin’ On
Movin’ On, a one-hour class of gentle exercises and movement for breast cancer survivors, will be held Saturdays, now through Nov. 14. Presented by Lymphedema Resources Inc., the class is offered at no charge as it is funded by grants from The League Club of Naples and the Cape Coral Foundation. Baby Boot Camp
Baby Boot Camp, a program for balancing the fitness needs of new moms with their desire to spend time with their baby or toddler, will hold classes at 9:15 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers. The 55-minute sessions are designed for all fitness levels, including prenatal women, and combine strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Cost ranges from $3-$15 per session. Cape Coral Yacht Club
The Cape Coral Yacht Club, 5817 Driftwood Parkway, presents:
– Zumba classes, ages 16 and older: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per class. First class is free.
– Arthritis and fibromyalgia exercise: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon-1 p.m. Cost is $1 per class.
– Deep water aerobics: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-10 a.m. Cost is $3.50 per class.
– Shallow water aerobics: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per class.
– Zumba, ages 16 and older: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per class.

The Lake Kennedy Senior Center, 400 Santa Barbara Blvd., presents:
– Yoga with instructor Eileen Coppola: Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Cost is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
– Beginner’s Zumba with Linda Koegler: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. and Fridays at 9 a.m.
– Intermediate Zumba with Mercy Graeter: Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and Fridays at 2:30 p.m. Cost is $5 for members and $9 for non-members.
– Methods of relaxation and stretch with Eileen Coppolla: Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. Adults 18 and over are $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Children ages 6-17 are $3. Free for ages 6 and under.
– Complete workout with Marlene: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. Cost is $40 per month for eight sessions for members and $72 per month for non-members.
– Rai Chi with instructor Russ Cline: Mondays at 6 p.m. Cost is $5 for members and $9 for non-members.
The annual membership fee is $18 for residents and $30 for non-residents and includes membership to the Lake Kennedy Senior Center and Tony Rotino Senior Center. For information, call 574-0575.

– Slimnastics with Sharon Swanson is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. The cost is $50 yearly or $65 for six months You must be a member to attend this class.
– Ta Zomba is Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. The cost is $5 per class but the fist class is free.
