Haunted Hike
Mike Greenwells presents the Haunted Hike on Friday, Saturday and Oct. 28-31. Cost is $10.
Safe Trick or Treat from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 30. Dress in costume and bring a goody bag. Fee event for children 12 and under. A donation of pet food and supplies accepted for LCHS and ARC.

BooSpecial
The Cape Coral Association of Realtors presents BooSpecial from 6:30-9 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, 918 S.E. 46th Lane. A safe, family alternative to trick-or-treating. Costume judging at 7:30 p.m. Awards for best and scariest costumes for ages 5 and under, 6-10 years old and 11 and up. Admission is free. For details, call 542-6209.
Haunted Forest Walk
Find out what nocturnal creatures lurk in the forest at Eco Preserve from 7-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve during the Haunted Forest Walk. Talk to real ghost hunters and learn about some local haunted places to visit. Not for shall children. Cost is $5. For information, call the park office at 549-4606.

1st Annual Pumpkin Patch
The 1st Annual Pumpkin Patch, hosted by Wheel Fun Rentals, a park concessionaire who rents cycles, pedal boats and kayaks and operates the Whistle Stop Ice Cream Shoppe, will be held Lakes Regional Park. There is no charge to get in. There is a Lee County parking fee of $1 an hour or $5 for all day, and games and rides start at $1. The pumpkin patch is open from 5-10 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on weekends until Halloween Day. Schools and groups are welcome to make weekday reservations.
