Arts Studio

Cape Coral Arts Studio is call to artists for the 17th annual “Aquarium” exhibit. This exhibit depicts life beneath the waves whether real or imaginary, realistic or abstract. Special lighting and sound effects makes this exhibit special. The non-refundable entry fee is $10 per artist who may submit up to two pieces. The artists’ reception Friday, Sept 11, from 5 to 7 p.m.

‘A Clockwork Orange’

Anthony Burgess’s “A Clockwork Orange”, directed by Annette Trossbach, is playing at Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, 2301 First St., Fort Myers River District from Sept. 9 through 26. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased online at: www.sbdac.com or call 333-1933.

Alliance of the Arts

The Alliance for the Arts has teamed up with WGCU Public Media to hold an exclusive sneak peek of the fifth season of Art:21 – Art in the Twenty-First Century. The one-hour premiere will be held at the Alliance for the Arts Foulds Theater on Friday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m., followed by a reception in the main gallery. Admission to the event is free, but reservations are required.
