Hospital volunteers needed
The Pink Bazaar, one of two thrift shops that benefit the local health care delivery system, needs volunteers to work one day each week, Monday Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Volunteers will prepare donated items for display and assist in the display of items along with the other normal duties found in a retail environment.
Volunteers come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and share a common desire to help others and their community. Volunteers include retirees, former hospital patients, homemakers, husband and wife teams and teenagers.
As a member of the Lee Memorial Health System family volunteers receive many benefits including:
A cafeteria meal discount
An opportunity to attend educational programs and seminars
Discounts to many retailers and attractions
Special National Volunteer Week recognition
Volunteers benefit the entire community through support of community-owned, not-for-profit Lee Memorial Health System.
If you are interested in volunteering at the Pink Bazaar located at 12135 South Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, call Ashli Johnson at 239-939-0808.
