The Tony Rotio Senior Center, 5817 Driftwood Parkway, presents:
– Open House-The Tony Rotino Senior Center will be open 4:30 p.m. to sunset the first Wednesday of every month. Come on down to the Yacht Club Community Park, enjoy the “Sunset Celebration” held on the Yacht Club pier and stop by to see what we have to offer. Our location is 5817 Driftwood Pkwy. – Indoor Marketplace-If looking for a bargain, or are a vendor looking for a place to sell wares, why not experience it all in air-conditioned comfort. The Tony Rotino Senior Center is opening its doors the second Saturday of every month for an Indoor Marketplace.
The cost to vendor is $20 per 8-ft. table and two chairs. A 50 percent discount will be given on one table for first time vendors.
Entry for spectators and shoppers is free from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
– Venture to a different venue the last Friday of each month. Depart the Rotino Center at 8:30 a.m. The $17 cost includes transportation and an escort. Pre-registration is required. Sign-in time: 8:30 a.m.

– Historic Harbor Buffet Cruise (J.C. Cruises): See Fort Myers from a different view. This cruise takes you along the Caloosahatchee River. Enjoy narration while viewing waterfront homes and all you can eat buffet and music for dancing, or the open third deck for sightseeing and sunbathing. Cost includes transportation, cruise and an escort. Advance Registration is required.

– AARP Driver Safety Course: The AARP course covers the normal changes in vision, hearing and reaction time associated with aging and provides practical techniques on how to adjust to these changes. Participants also learn how to operate their vehicles more safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving environment and also receive a thorough review of the rules of the road with an emphasis on safety strategies. The next class will be June 10 and 12 from 1 to5 p.m. (Both classes are required). The cost $10 per person. Make checks payable to A.A.R.P. Call Gary at 995-2539.
