ECS recognizes NHS/NJHS inductees

Evangelical Christian School honored its 2009 National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society Inductees on April 23 with a candle lighting ceremony. Friends and relatives were on hand to enjoy this special occasion.

Thirty-three ECS students attained the honor of being inducted into the National Honor Society.

In order to be eligible for NHS, ECS students must maintain a 3.5 GPA and have no behavioral detentions.

The following students maintained these standards and completed all necessary Evangelical Christian School requirements for becoming NHS members: Christa Bacarella, Sarah Beardslee, Ashley Bell, Kaitlyn Black, Virginia Booth, Lauren Brown, Emily Christian, Tiffany Davis, Justin Frye, Josh Galvin, Olivia Garneau, Joe Hartmann, Tim Hsiao, Christopher Intartaglio, Stephen Johnson, Tucker Klingensmith, Stephan Kohlmeier, Toria Kwan, Will Loderhose, Andrea Lovell, Michael Lucas, Colton Lynch, Shannon McBeath, Nick Mull, Matthew Schappell, Becca Schwandt, Aaron Sipos, Jared Todd, Brittany Travis, Molly Waldron, Kasie Wallace, Zac Williams, and Haley Wright.

In order to be eligible for NJHS, students must maintain a 90 percent average for grades 6, 7, and 8 and have no behavioral detentions.

The following students maintained these standards for becoming NJHS members: Erika Bodenstein, Lauren Daley, Danielle Dalia, Bryson Dean, Sydney Etheridge, Morgan Ewert, Adrienne Ferguson, Megan Fisher, Khristian Fryer, Annie Gaddis, Kelsey Gately, Jonathan George, Billy Graddy, Robin Guercio, Colleen Herman, Zoe Higginson, William Horbach, Shelby Joslin, Danielle Matte, Sarah McBeath, Eric McMillan, Tyler Mosley, Tim Olsen, Nicole Olsson, Jared Pearlman, Alyssa Roncaglione, Baily Seidl, Amy Shomberg, Jordan Shultz, Abbie Sippos, Ann Smith, Sophie Specht,Kelsi Steburg and Nicole Tillotson.
