Cape Coral
Lake Kennedy Senior Center
The Lake Kennedy Senior Center located at 400 Santa Barbara Blvd., presents the following events:
– Tuesday, May 12, a trip to visit Belleview Biltmore Resort, in Clearwater. The resort trip includes a historical tour of the resort, along with lunch at the Magnolia Room. The group will leave from the center at 8:45 a.m. The cost is $69 per members and $79 per non-members. Reservations are required.
– Friday, May 15, 7 p.m., Cahlua & Cream dinner show. The cost is $22 per member and $32 per non-member. Reserva-tions are required.
– Thursday, May 21, a tour to Solomon’s Castle in Ona. The cost is $65 per member, $75 per non-member. The group leaves the center at 8:45 a.m. Reservations are required.

Casino Gambling
Casino Gambling presented by Primetime Events of Florida will include craps, roulette, blackjack, poker, slot machines and more, at the Tony Rotino Senior Center, 5817 Driftwood Parkway, May 2, at 7 p.m. A DJ. with Dabomb Entertainment will be there.
The admission price of $29 includes $100 funny money, appetizers, soft drinks and a chance to win great prizes. Bring beverages. The doors will open at 6:45 p.m.

Nautical flea market
The Cape Coral Power Squadron is having a nautical-themed flea market Saturday, May 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 917 S.E. 47th Terrace.

Sunset Celebration
Celebrate the sunsets Florida style on Wednesday, May 6, at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Come down to the beach and enjoy live music with Smokin’ Bill, classic and muscle cars from the 50s, 60s and 70s. Food and drink specials will be available at KC’s Riverstop and over 40 vendors will be selling their arts and crafts.

Boating Class
A basic skills and seamanship boating class will be held May 11 through June 11, 7-9 p.m., Monday and Thursday nights at the Publix located at Santa Barbara Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The cost of the course is $25.

Guardian Angels Fashion Show
The Guardian Angels for Special Populations is holding a Fashion Show presented by Belk’s, at the Lake Kennedy Senior Center, 400 Santa Barbara Blvd., May 16, from 11:30 a.m. o 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person. All proceeds to benefit Special Popu-lations.

Gulf Coast Symphony
