‘Florida Yards & Neighborhoods’ Rain Barrel Workshop April 25
A Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Rain Barrel Workshop will be held 9-11 a.m., April 25, at Rutenberg Park.
Learn how rain barrels can collect water from your roof. Only a 1/4-inch of rain on a typical roof will create over 600 gallons of water! Fifty-five gallon recycled barrels will be transformed into a rain barrel during the class that you can take home. The class, which is $35 per rain barrel, will be taught by Lee County Extension master gardeners.
