Cape Coral Arts Studio

The 24th Annual Art Focus Art Festival Annual Student Exhibit and Class Demos will be held Sunday. It is free and open to the public.

Spring classes for adults and youth will be held Monday-April 25. Register early. Supplies for all classes can be purchased at the studio supply store. A student discount is available.

Cape Coral Art League

The Cape Coral Art League, located at 516 Cultural Park Blvd., is sponsoring a workshop with Suzanna Winton from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-March 12. The workshop is designed to help artists of all levels learn how to successfully paint people in watercolor. Harbour View Gallery

The Harbour View Gallery presents the artists for the month of March – Susanne Brown, watercolor painter, and Josephine Espinosa, fused glass artist. An artists’ reception will be held today at the gallery. The public is invited.

Lee County Alliance for the Arts

The Lee County Alliance for the Arts will hold an opening reception for “State of Abstraction” from 5-8 p.m. Friday in Fort Myers. The exhibition, showing Friday-March 27, is the final part of the “Alliance Gallery Goes Abstract” series that began in January.

The galleries are open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The galleries are located at 10091 McGregor Blvd. For information, visit: www.artinlee.org.
