New Resident Club
The New Resident Club of Cape Coral provides opportunities for new residents of Cape Coral to become acquainted and make friends by participating in socials, group activities and meetings. It also advises new residents of services and facilities that are available in Cape Coral.
The New Resident Club meets at 9 a.m. the first Tuesday of each month at the Cape Coral Yacht Club, 5819 Driftwood Parkway. Gatherings start with a social hour followed by a 10 a.m. general meeting. A one-year membership is $15.

Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife
Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife (CCFW) is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of the Cape’s unique wildlife. Its members have volunteered more than 6,000 hours since its creation in 2002 educating the community and visitors about burrowing owls and other species. Members meet for programs and education at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every other month at Rotary Park, 5505 Rose Garden Road (El Dorado and Pelican). This year, the months will be March, May, July, September and November.
