New Resident Club

The New Resident Club of Cape Coral provides opportunities for new residents of Cape Coral to become acquainted and make friends by participating in socials, group activities and meetings. It also advises new residents of services and facilities that are available in Cape Coral.The New Resident Club meets at 9 a.m. the first Tuesday of each month at the Cape Coral Yacht Club, 5819 Driftwood Parkway. Gatherings start with a social hour followed by a 10 a.m. general meeting. A one-year membership is $15. For more information, log onto www.newresidentclub.org. Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife

The Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of the Cape’s unique wildlife. Its members have volunteered more than 6,000 hours since its creation in 2002, educating the community and visitors about burrowing owls and other species. Members meet for programs and education at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every other month at Rotary Park, 5505 Rose Garden Rd. (El Dorado and Pelican). This year, the months will be March, May, July, September and November.

International Association of Administrative Professionals

The International Association of Administrative Professionals holds their monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at the Hilton Garden Inn on the corner of Summerlin Road and College Parkway in South Fort Myers.
