The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) is asking its members to secure jobsites, construction material, roof products and material, and all trash on the property in preparation for Tropical Storm Idalia.

With wind events, construction materials become projectiles that can create serious damage to nearby homes and businesses.
