Pulte Homes hosts grand opening of Verde neighborhood in Babcock Ranch, June 10, debuting new decorated models

BABCOCK RANCH, Fla. – Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years, is hosting the grand opening of Verde in Babcock Ranch with the debut of two professionally decorated model homes on Saturday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event showcases the newest single-family home neighborhood by Pulte, offering new homes with professionally curated, pre-selected move-in ready design packages helping to streamline the homebuying process.

Located in Babcock Ranch’s new Midtown development phase, Verde offers 399 single-family homes and private amenities within 109 acres adjacent to new parks, trails, and a planned mixed-use town center with a village green. Grand opening guests can explore the two professionally decorated models illustrating Pulte’s consumer-driven home designs and signature quality construction across two collections – the Garden and Classic series. Nine single- and two-story floor plans in Verde feature two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths, and 1,433 to 3,416 square feet under air. The models also highlight Pulte’s open design concepts featuring flowing main living spaces and emphasis on outdoor living.

The Heston, a four-bedroom, two-bath home from the Classic series, features stylish interiors conveying sophistication and spaciousness throughout its 1,850 square feet. A palette of pale to rich gray is accented with touches of charcoal and ebony, natural wood grains, and textural woven furniture against striking white backgrounds.

The model’s designer details include painted shiplap-accented walls, a beautiful tray ceiling, and porcelain tile flooring in the open gathering room, kitchen, and café. The freestanding island offers a casual dining spot, and the adjoining café extends living space outside to the covered lanai overlooking the pool.

The Heston’s owner’s suite offers a spacious walk-in closet and a well-appointed private bathroom with two sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, and a floor clad in white tile. The model’s three guestrooms showcase the home design’s flexibility with one featuring a home office with a daybed.

Illustrating Verde’s Garden series, the five-bedroom, three-bath Talon model offers 2,615 generous square feet well-suited for growing families or those who want flexible areas for a den, hobby room, or quiet retreat. It has a versatile first-floor bedroom for a convenient home office or multigenerational suite, abundant storage, a generous covered lanai, and a spacious second-floor loft with upstairs laundry space. The Talon’s open floor plan blends the gathering room, island kitchen, and dining area into a large free-flowing space for entertaining, with luxury vinyl plank flooring underfoot.
