Cape’s ‘Catch the Vision’ set for March 13

An annual event providing residents all they need to know about what’s coming to Cape Coral takes place next month.
“Catch the Vision: Trends, Tips, and Forecasting,” a production that highlights Cape Coral’s growing real estate market, forthcoming projects, new trends and what to expect in the coming year, takes place March 13 starting a 5 p.m. at Cape Christian Fellowship.
“Catch The Vision informs and educates residents on upcoming projects and new developments in their neighborhoods and throughout the city,” said Gloria Tate of Raso Realty, who organizes the event each year, along with Linda Biondi.
The 12th annual event will start with a 75-minute trade show (5 p.m.) that includes prizes and giveaways, followed by a 75-minute presentation, which is always entertaining and educational. Tate said Catch the Vision is information for both residents of the community as well as local real estate community members.
“Information is key to keeping the neighborhoods informed on who will be filling up the open land and the benefits that come with each new development or shopping and dining opportunity,” Tate said.
Catch the Vision breaks down what’s on the horizon in one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. — including details on the developers, job creation, and opportunities for residents.
Attendees also will take home a resource guide that includes directories, flood zone maps, Waste Pro information and much more.
“It will also feature the list of projects coming to Cape Coral,” Tate added. “Job opportunities are abound with each new development after construction.”
Tickets to Catch the Vision are $20, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Cape Coral Caring Center. Vendor spaces are still available (email catchthevisioncc@gmail.com).
