Just Lovelee Boutique to hold grand opening Saturday

Just Lovelee Boutique in Cape Coral will be holding its grand opening this Saturday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The opening event will feature champagne, snacks and raffles.

The new boutique offers “affordable styles for all women,” according to owner Lisa Muia. The shop features apparel in sizes small to 3X, along with shoes, jewelry, handbags and gifts.

Muia said she feels “all women deserve to feel their ‘loveliest’ every day.”

Just Lovelee Boutique is located a 1113 S.E. 47th Terrace, unit 4, in downtown Cape Coral. Normal store hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Southwest International Airport reports September traffic

During September, 515,077 passengers traveled through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. This was a decrease of 6.5 percent compared to September 2021; however, it was still the second-best September in the 39-year history of the airport and included three days of operations lost to Hurricane Ian. Year-to-date, passenger traffic is up 10 percent compared to last year.

The traffic leader in September was Delta with 135,719 total passengers. Rounding out the top five airlines were Southwest (107,887), American (79,539), JetBlue (59,742) and United (55,357).

Southwest Florida International Airport had 4,657 aircraft operations, a decrease of 17 percent compared to September 2021. Page Field (FMY) saw 12,872 operations, an 11 percent increase compared to September 2021 and the best September in nearly 40 years.

SRMA offering free trial membership to assist with Hurricane Ian recovery

Hernandez joins Henderson Franklin’s Business Litigation Team

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., has announced that Melany Hernandez has joined the firm as an associate in the Business Litigation Department. She will focus her practice on assisting clients involved in employment litigation matters.

Hernandez is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, and she is fluent in Spanish and English.

Hernandez graduated from Stetson University College of Law cum laude at the top of her class.
