Ilowite joins MK Architecture team
MK Architecture has welcomed Gerry Ilowite as its newest member of the team. Originally from New York, he graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in architecture.
For the last five decades, Ilowite has continually expanded his knowledge in the capacity of architectural designer, interior design and project manager on various commercial and residential projects, and construction administrator reviewing projects for compliance to the architectural drawings.

— L.T. Land Development, LLC purchased a 1.85-acre commercial corner at 16758-16776 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, from R.B.I. Holding, LLC for $1 million. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA, and Enn Luthringer, CCIM of CRE Consultants, represented the seller and Frank R. Jenkins Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.
— Senior Placement Services, LLC purchased a 1,418-square-foot office condo at 15670 McGregor Blvd., Unit 5, Fort Myers, from Sandra Helenbrook & Angela Verhaagh for $305,000.
