The Pavese Law Firm’s
Pope earns board
certification in real estate law
The Pavese Law Firm recently announced that attorney Christopher L. Pope has earned board certification in real estate law from the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education. Pope is now triple board certified, having also earned certification in construction law and condominium and planned development law. He is one of only two attorneys in the state of Florida to be recognized with all three certifications.
Established by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification is conferred upon lawyers by the highest authority over the state’s legal community, The Florida Bar. Board certification is Florida’s official, independent determination of a lawyer’s expertise to practice in a specialty field of law. With fewer than 7% of eligible lawyers earning board certification, it is considered the gold standard for Florida lawyers, representing a recognition by a lawyer’s peers that they have attained a level of professional expertise in their chosen fields.
Pope joined the Pavese Law Firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2018. He has experience in real estate transactions, construction and the operation of community associations.
Established in 1949, the Pavese Law Firm is a full-service law firm with offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and West Palm Beach. The firm provides a broad range of legal services for individuals, families, small businesses, and large corporations. Practice areas include agricultural, banking and finance, business and corporate, civil litigation, condominium and homeowners’ association law, construction, employment, environmental and water, estate planning, probate and trusts, marital and family, land use, and government and real estate law.
