Beattie Development has announced the promotions of John Manfredi to remodeling division manager, Heather Metsch to new home division manager and Trace Fasano to new home sales manager. The promotion of these three internal team members signifies Beattie Development’s continued growth as an custom home builder and remodeler in Southwest Florida.

Manfredi began his career at Beattie Development in October 2021 as the countertop division manager. Before joining Beattie, he devoted his career to manufacturing and production and spent many years working on and spearheading remodeling projects in New Jersey. In his new role, Manfredi will be a key player in the development and growth of Beattie’s remodeling division while simultaneously establishing and maintaining strong relationships with current and future clients along the way.

Metsch began her career at Beattie Development in the spring of 2020 during the midst of the pandemic. Over the course of one year, she put together a team of top salespeople, helping solidify Beattie Development as one of the area’s leading builders.

Fasano started at Beattie Development in August 2020 as a new home sales consultant and ended 2021 as the top producing sales consultant. She boasts over 25 years of sales and training experience across a multitude of industries including financial services, golf construction, golf courses, seminars and more. In her new role, she hopes to help create and implement processes that facilitate efficiency and bring a sense of teamwork across the Beattie brand.
