Stevens Construction’s special projects division has completed an expansion of Neuropsychiatric Research Center located at 14271 Metropolis Ave. in Fort Myers, announced Joe Cimilluca, special projects division manager, Stevens Construction Inc.

Stevens Construction provided an interior renovation and expansion of NPRC’s existing operations in a two-phase project, allowing NPRC to seamlessly continue serving patients and provide clinical research while construction occurred.

Completed in 16 weeks, Stevens Construction combined two adjacent units into one 6,333-square-foot facility with all-new finishes, including flooring, drywall, doors, cabinetry, countertops and plumbing.

The Stevens Construction team included project executive, Joe Cimilluca; project manager, Gio Cardet; and project administrator, Norma Cimilluca. The project was designed by PK Studios.

Stevens Construction launched a special projects division in 2018 to serve projects ranging from $500,000 and under. Special projects include tenant improvements, additions, renovations, repairs and specialty projects.
