Model Center now open and home sales begin at Del Webb Oak Creek in North Fort Myers
Home sales have begun at Del Webb Oak Creek with the opening of the sales center and five model homes for the 55+ community for active adults. Homebuyers are invited to explore the professionally decorated models and learn more about the resort-style amenities, homes and lifestyle created by Del Webb, a pioneer in active adult communities.
Del Webb Oak Creek is located off Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers, one mile west of I-75.
Nestled amid 80-acres of lakes and natural preserves, the model home center includes the five decorated models and an onsite design center showcasing the array of finishes, features and flexibility for individual homebuyers to personalize their new home. The sales center is now open as well, where visitors can learn more about the 475-acre gated community, its six-acre lakefront amenity campus, and year-round activities and events.
Del Webb Oak Creek offers 12 single-family home designs with open-concept floor plans, two- and three-car garages and flex rooms for a home office, den or additional bedroom. Homes span 1,405 to just over 3,000 square feet of living space and have two to four bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half bathrooms.
The model center is located across from Del Webb Oak Creek’s future amenity campus. As the centerpiece of the community, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool with lap lanes and a shade canopy, a tropically landscaped sun deck and The Oak House Bar & Grill offering a full-service bar and restaurant and covered seating. Del Webb Oak Creek also will offer eight pickleball courts, three bocce courts and an alfresco firepit lounge.
The model center is now open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.
