Teams and agents part of CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty recently received 35 recognitions from CENTURY 21 corporate for their outstanding efforts in 2021. These awards range from individual producer awards to quality service and Centurion awards.

These recognitions are given annually to local agents, brokers and teams and recognize top sales, quality service, and more. According to CENTURY 21, “The Centurion Producer Awards recognizes our elite agents who raise the bar in real estate and then just keep going. These agents don’t stop once they reach first place- they keep pushing. They define what it means to be obsessed with better and to defy mediocrity.”

Centurion winners are recognized in one of three ways: Centurion, Double Centurion or Grand Centurion. Agents who have won the Centurion in five out of the past seven years are members of the Centurion Honor Society.

The following individuals and teams of CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty were recognized as follows.

• AD Diaz and Sandi Stricklin were honored with Double Centurion Producer awards, which means they generated approximately $18.8 million to $28.2 million in sales or sold 132 or more units.

• The Burtch Team, The Shevlin Team and Elite Team were all recognized as Double Centurion Teams and The Burtch Team was also ranked first in the nation by units.

• Kristen Cardoso, Tricia Magliola, Katie Fischer, Casey Stearns and Wolfgang Reisinger were recognized as Centurion Producers as they generated approximately $9.4 million to $18.7 million in sales or sold 66 or more units.

CENTURY 21 also has a Masters Program for awards. “The Masters Awards Program recognizes high-producing agents who don’t settle for less. These agents generate significant sales volume and rank as top agents in our company. The Masters Program has three tiers of recognition: Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond.”

CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty agents recognized with Masters Awards include:

• Masters Emerald – Jerry Hubbard, Norma Salter, Kinh Nguyen and Shea Louis for generating approximately $6.5 million to $7.8 million in sales or selling 43-54 units.

• Masters Ruby – Paul Russel, Mariela Zapiola, Tania Cardoso, William Brown, Micah Mims, Marlene Cardona and Jerry Samson for selling $4.9 million to $6.4 million in sales or sell 32-42 units.

CENTURY 21 ensures customer satisfaction with post-closing surveys. Dubbed the “People’s Choice Award,” Quality Service awards are bestowed upon those that provide the highest quality service and earn the highest customer ratings. According to CENTURY 21, “To win this award, surveys must have been sent to 80% of closed clients with a 50% return rate and a 90% overall score.” CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty agents recognized with these awards include:

• Quality Service Pinnacle Producer – Rosemary Whisner, Shea Louis, Debbie Paoli, Cathy Canelli

Additionally, the Pine Island and Port Charlotte offices were recognized as Centurion offices, the Cape Coral Parkway office as a Double Centurion Office, and the Fort Myers – Six Mile Cypress as a Gold Medallion Office.
