Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation to donate $11,000 to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida

By Staff | Jun 15, 2022

Dunkin’ of Fort Myers and the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, the charitable organization powered by Dunkin’ and its franchisees, guests, vendor partners and employees, recently presented a check for $11,000 to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. These donations stem from Dunkin’s Iced Coffee Day program that took place this past May. From this program, Dunkin’ and the Joy in Childhood Foundation raised over $1.8 million nationwide in one day to benefit children’s hospitals across the country.

As part of the Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Day fundraiser, $1 from every Dunkin’ Iced Coffee purchased at participating Fort Myers restaurants on May 25 benefited Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida.

Since its inception in 2006, the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation has granted more than $37 million to national and local nonprofits. In 2021, the Foundation awarded 171 grants to hospitals and other nonprofits to help bring joy to kids battling illness.
