Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC has purchased a 312.5-acre plot of land zoned for Master Planned Development. The property has frontages on three major highways including I-75, Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Airport Access Road, and is entitled for 1,700,000 square feet. The property located at 16200 Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, Fort Myers, sold for $40 million from YBFH Real Estate, LLC.

Morris-Depew’s Torocco receives registration as a professional engineer
Morris-Depew Associates recently announced that Paul Torocco, a project engineer with Morris-Depew since 2018, has received his registration as a professional engineer. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Torocco possesses experience in residential, commercial and transportation projects, seeing them through the design, permitting and construction phases.
As a professional engineer, Torocco is responsible for designing various projects and plans for utilities, stormwater management, transportation and preparing traffic impact analyses. Additionally, he assists fellow project team members with the permitting and construction phases necessary to bring a project to successful completion.
