CRE Consultants notes recent transactions

CRE Real Estate Consultants, LLC recently announced the following real estate transactions:

• Majestic Palm Holdings, LLC purchased a 3.47-acre multifamily site at 4018 Princeton St., Fort Myers, from Island Coast Developers Inc. for $1,800,000. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Ken Mulligan of Downing Frye Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

• D. Pizzuti, LLC purchased a 3.25-acre commercial site at 318 Pondella Road and 14171 N. Cleveland Ave., in North Fort Myers from Treasure Cove Dev Corporation for $750,000. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Scott True of True Realty Services represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

• Simon Harkley, LLC purchased a 0.61-acre commercial site at 1539 Brantley Road, Lot 2, Fort Myers, from 5ROX, LLC for $165,000. Stan Stouder, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Achieve the Dream Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

GulfShore Mustang Club donates $6,429 to Lee BIA Builders Care

Lee BIA Builders Care, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association , has received a donation of $6,429 from the GulfShore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida.

Funds will support the nonprofit’s efforts to provide emergency construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and/or disabled homeowners, and their families, who cannot obtain repairs through traditional means.

The donation is a result of funds raised throughout the year at multiple events hosted and attended by the club. To date, the club has donated $34,775 to Lee BIA Builders Care through these activities, and members also regularly serve as volunteers at a variety of Lee BIA Builders Care events.

GulfShore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida, founded in 1999 and chartered by the Mustang Club of America, is made up of Ford Mustang enthusiasts of all types. The nearly 150 members share knowledge and appreciation of Mustangs through various activities including helping the community along the way.

The mission of Lee BIA Builders Care is to provide emergency construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and/or disabled homeowners, and their families, who cannot obtain repairs through traditional means.
