Berger Commercial Realty’s McGee represents buyer in purchase of 70-acre site In Fort Myers

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice President Bill McGee III negotiated the sale of Crossroads Commerce Center, a 70-acre development site located at 1100 Colonial Blvd., in Fort Myers.

Elevate Partners, LLC purchased the site from Summit Properties SW, LLC for $21,970,097. The deal closed Feb. 25.

McGee represented Elevate Partners, LLC, in the transaction. Brandon Delanois with JLL represented the seller.

Elevate Partners is a real estate investment firm which focuses on the multifamily sector. The company actively purses both acquisitions and development opportunities and currently holds assets from South Florida to the Florida Panhandle up to Charleston, SC.

Plans for the newly purchased site include a commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or retail development, but the project is still under review.

Stevens Construction completes Florida Heart Associates renovation and expansion

Stevens Construction has completed an expansion and renovation at Florida Heart Associates, announced Dan Adams, vice president/principal, Stevens Construction Inc.

Stevens Construction provided a complete interior renovation of the two-story, 25,374-square-foot building, which included an upgrade of all exam rooms, nurse stations, offices, lobby and the cardiac PET equipment. Stevens Construction also expanded the existing building with the new construction of an ambulatory surgery center.

The multi-phased project was licensed by the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Located at 1550 Barkley Circle, Florida Heart Associates remained operational and occupied during construction, requiring daily coordination between Stevens Construction and Florida Heart Associates.

The Stevens Construction team worked in preconstruction for six months prior to construction starting, providing budgeting, constructability reviews and cost-savings suggestions.

Tickets still available for Market Trends 2022

Tickets are still available for Market Trends 2022, Southwest Florida’s largest real estate forum, taking place from 4-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, at Caloosa Sound Convention Center, 1375 Monroe St., in Fort Myers.

Tickets are $50 for general admission and include a comprehensive data book. Reserved and VIP tables ranging from $600 to $1,200 are also available for groups of eight to 10 people. Virtual tickets are $50 and include access to view the livestreamed event and the market data book.
