Weekly LandQwest Commercial Transactions – Southwest Florida Market

SALES

Terra Equity Group LLC purchased a 54-unit multi-family building at 3321-3409 S.W. 8th Place in Cape Coral from Cape Summit Chiquita LLC for an undisclosed amount. Bruce Micciche, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction, while Bob O’Connor of LandQwest represented the seller.

NSMKM, LLC purchased 1.75-acres in Cape Coral. (parcel 29-44-24-C1-00002.0020) from Nick Stamos for $275,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

Gulfshore Property Group LLC purchased ‘Lot 4’ (1.66-acres) at ‘Gladiolus Crossings’ in Fort Myers from RNJ Partnership for $100,000. Mike Doyle, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

Mendez Company LLC purchased a 3,432-square-foot retail building at 4017 23rd Ave. S.W. in Naples from MC General Holding Company Inc for $800,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

M.B-KNITWEAR, LLC purchased the Old Europe Bistro business at 2464 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples from Old Europe Bistro, LLC for $145,000. Frank Kupiec of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

LEASES

Curv Beauty renewed 669 square feet of retail space in ‘Coralwood Center’ at 2301 Del Prado Blvd S in Cape Coral from GRE Coralwood, LP. Jessica McEvoy and Tom Strauss with LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Caldwell Gregory leased 12,400 square feet of industrial space in “Centerlinks” at 9130 Centerlinks Drive #4-5 in Fort Myers from Centerlinks Associates, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Mike Doyle, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Millennium Physician Group leased 9,073 square feet of office space at 2675 Winkler Ave. in Fort Myers from DKM Property Holdings, LLC. Steve Wood and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR were the transaction agents.

Millennium Physician Group leased 4,743 square feet of office space at 17901 Summerlin Road in Fort Myers from SD 17901 Summerlin LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord.

Smoke Brokers Direct leased 4,050 square feet of industrial space in “Daniels Metro Park of Commerce” at 6350 Techster Blvd #2 in Fort Myers from Excalibur Investment Group, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Eli Lauber with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

Kelly Nails renewed 2,400 square feet of retail space in “Plymouth Plaza” at 15248 S Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers from Susence FL Holdings, LLC. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial was the transaction broker.

Millennium Physician Group leased 2,948 square feet of office space in ‘Coventry Square’ at 860 111th Ave. N #7-9 in Naples from LAMVEST888 LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

Lapas Costa Rican Bistro renewed 2,813 square feet of retail space in “Bay Crossings Plaza” at 26251 S Tamiami Trail #9 & 10 in Bonita Springs, from Park Apartments of Southwest Florida, Inc. Jason Travis with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
