LandQwest Commercial Fort Myers has announced a number of recent transactions for the Southwest Florida area. The include:

Sales

• Shadow Development LLC purchased the 18,065-square-foot retail building at 17901 Summerlin Road in Fort Myers, from BR of Winsonsin LLC for $3,020,000. Bob Pekol with LandQwest Commercial was the transaction broker.

• Pine Island Brew LLC purchased the 1,650-square-foot retail building at 3421 Stringfellow Road in St. James City, from Ragged Ass Saloon, LLC for $1,600,000. Frank Kupiec with LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

• Incore Residential, LLC purchased the 32,557-square-foot “Eastpointe Professional Center” building at 4048 Evans Ave. in Fort Myers, from Blauners-8018 Broadway LP for $1,175,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood with LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Terry Wayland of RE/Max Destination Realty represented the buyer.

• Aqua 4, LLLP purchased the 4,050-square-foot “Page Field Plaza” building at 10970 S Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers, from Longmoor LLC for $406,415. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood with LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. William Braga with United Realty Group Inc. represented the buyer.

Leases

• Premier Linen Services leased 50,520 square feet in the “CenterLinks” industrial project at 9131 Centerlinks Commerce Drive in Fort Myers, from Centerlinks Associates, LLC. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Brandon Stoneburner of Colliers represented the tenant.

• Convergint Technologies leased 12,860 square feet in the “Centerlinks” industrial project at 9130 Centerlinks Commerce Drive, Units 1-2 in Fort Myers, from Centerlinks Associates, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Mike Doyle, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Brandon Stoneburner of Colliers represented the tenant.

• Millennium Physician Group leased 5,207 square feet of special-use space at 14171 Metropolis Ave. in Fort Myers, from Greater Ft. Myers Properties, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. Chase Mayhugh & Bryan Burchers of Mayhugh Commercial Advisors represented the landlord.

• Bikram Yoga renewed 1,800 square feet of retail space at 15248 S. Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, from Susence FL Holdings, LLC. Bruce Micciche, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial was the transaction broker.

• IVXpress leased 1,704 square feet of retail space at 8291 Dani Drive in Fort Myers, from Central Line Properties, LLC. Bob Pekol and Jessica McEvoy with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Gretchen Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Bangkok Thai extended 1,411 square feet of retail space at “Palm Pointe Shoppes” located at 11609 S Cleveland Ave., Suite 28 in Fort Myers, from 2010 Palm Pointe Limited Partnership. Mike Concilla and Laura Cari with LandQwest Commercial were the transaction brokers.

• Robertson, Ryan & Associates leased 1,293 square feet of office space at 10700 Stringfellow Road, Suite 10 in Bokeelia, from Island Exchange Center, LLC. Laura Cari with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.

• Genesis Financial renewed 1,200 square feet of retail space in “Palm Pointe Shoppes” at 11609 S Cleveland Ave., Suite 34 in Fort Myers, from 2010 Palm Pointe Limited Partnership. Mike Concilla and Laura Cari with LandQwest Commercial were the transaction brokers.

• Black Tie Tuxedo renewed 1,200 square feet of retail space in “Plymouth Plaza” at 15200 S Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, from Susence FL Holdings, LLC. Bruce Micciche, CCIM with LandQwest Commercial was the transaction broker.

• Daniel Rubin Medical leased 1,125 square feet of retail space in the “Shoreline Shops” at 5783 Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers, from T Surfside FL, LLC. Bob Pekol with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. Paula Wormuth with Owners Agency, LLC represented the landlord.
