Lee Clerk of Court to hold career fair Aug. 5

The Lee County Clerk of Court will host an in-person career fair Thursday, Aug. 5, to fill more than 20 positions. The career opportunities are available in several areas of the organization, including courts, information technology, tourist tax, minutes, and communications.

The 3-hour event will start at 3 p.m. at the County Admin East building at 2201 Second Street in Fort Myers. Participants will have the ability to speak directly with hiring managers and learn about the office’s benefits.

“If you want a rewarding career with an organization that helps you grow and advance, the Lee Clerk of Courts is where you want to work,” said Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court & Comptroller. “Our career fair will provide you with valuable insight into our team culture as well as our extensive benefits package.”

Participants are required to register for the event at www.leeclerk.org/careerfair. The event is free and open to anyone who would like to learn more about the office’s job opportunities.

The Clerk’s office offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurances. Paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and optional deferred compensation plans are offered. Employees also qualify for enrollment in the Florida Retirement System and for student loan forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
