Homegrown Industries of Georgia, dba Mellow Mushroom, has reportedly signed a franchise agreement with BASIL 4, LLC for a new Mellow Mushroom restaurant in Cape Coral. The newest addition to the Mellow Mushroom collection will be located at 53 N.E. Pine Island Road at Gator Mike’s Family Fun Park.

Each Mellow Mushroom is unique in its design and décor and frequently captures unique aspects of the local community. The cornerstone of the Mellow Mushroom menu are stone-baked pizzas featuring a crust made from five simple ingredients, including water from Appalachian Mountain springs. Other menu highlights are freshly made salads, handcrafted cocktails, and a wide selection of beers, many of them local.

“Chris Scuderi embraces the entrepreneurial spirit that we celebrate here at Mellow Mushroom,” said Mike Foster, chief operating officer at Mellow Mushroom. “We welcome him and this team to the Mellow family.”
