* J&L Investments 2014, LLC purchased a 7,000 square feet of industrial building on 1.62 acres at 5971 Country Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, from Symar, LLC for $1,200,000. Stan Stouder, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Francisco Rivera of Related ISG represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

* Rust Never Sleeps Architectural Salvage leased a 7,100 square feet of office space at 1922-A Evans Ave., Fort Myers from Cheap Rent, LLC. Enn Luthringer, CCIM of CRE Consultants negotiated the transaction.

* Princess Draperies leased a 2,000 square feet of office space in Metro Commerce Center at 11220 Metro Parkway, Unit 3, Fort Myers, from Metro Commerce Center, LLC.
