Sales

* Simple Life Partners purchased 68.52 acres at 12150 Burnt Store Road in Punta Gorda, from Punta Gorda Reserve LLC for $1,730,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Danny Nix of NIX & Associates represented the buyer.

* Danny and Margie Mitchell purchased a 2,475-square-foot retail building at 437 Cape Coral Parkway, East, in Cape Coral, from BKR437 for $480,000. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Brenda Martin of Keller Williams Fort Myers and the Islands represented the buyer.

* Toll Brothers leased 9,162 square feet in the Walden Center office center at 24201 Walden Center Drive, Suites 104, 204 and 206B, in Bonita Springs, from The Park Apartments & Monroe Management. Michael O’Mara of LandQwest Commercial represented landlord in the transaction.

* Alzheimer’s Support Network leased 5,472 square feet of office space at 1421 Pine Ridge Road, Suite 100, in Naples, Fla. from Magnolia Square, LLP. Laura Cari and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LandQwest Commercial represented both parties.

* Millenium Physician Group extended their 3,765-square-foot Magnolia Square office lease at 2675 Winkler Ave. in Fort Myers, from DKM Property Holdings, LLC. Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LandQwest Commercial also represented both parties.

* Club Champion leased 3,000 square feet in the Naples Gateway Shoppes retail center at 13555 Tamiami Trail, N., in Naples, from 13555 TTN, LLC. Jessica McEvoy and Tom Strauss of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

* Westminster Title Agency leased 2,481 square feet in the Walden Center office center at 24201 Walden Center Drive, Suite 208, in Bonita Springs, from The Park Apartments & Monroe Management. Michael O’Mara of LandQwest Commercial represented landlord in the transaction.

* The Skin Spot leased 2,287 square feet in the Coral Pointe Shopping Center at 1631 Del Prado Blvd., S., in Cape Coral, from Coral Pointe Investment LLC. Jessica McEvoy and Tom Strauss of LandQwest Commercial represented landlord in the transaction. Michelle Forneris of Royal Shell represented the tenant.

* David M Gruber, CPA leased 2,130 square feet of office space at 5052 Tamiami Trail N., Suite A, in Naples, from Creena Verghese. Mike Concilla of LandQwest Commercial represented tenant in the transaction. Hamish Williams of AJS Realty Group represented the landlord.

* People Ready leased 1,874 square feet of office space at 2306 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. in Fort Myers, Fla., from 2306 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. LLC. Steve Wood and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Brandon Stoneburner of Colliers International represented the tenant.

* Zion Salon leased 1,480 square feet in the Chandelle Square retail center at 2801 S.W. 19th Ave., Unit 5, in Cape Coral, Fla. from RMADRUGA DELPRADO LLC. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. Bryan Myers of SVN Lotus represented the landlord.

* Uh-Maze Bowls leased 1,328 square feet of retail space at 3369 Pine Ridge Road in Naples, Fla. from Pine Ridge Livingston, LLC. Chuck Smith, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. William Young of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.

Stevens Construction begins Florida Heart Associates renovation and expansion

Stevens Construction is underway with an expansion and renovation at Florida Heart Associates, announced Dan Adams, vice president/principal, Stevens Construction, Inc.

Stevens Construction is providing a complete interior renovation of the two-story, 25,374-square-foot building located at 1550 Barkley Circle in Fort Myers, which includes an upgrade of all exam rooms, nurse stations, offices, lobby and the cardiac PET equipment. Stevens Construction is also expanding the existing building with the new construction of an ambulatory surgery center.

Slated for completion in summer of 2021, the multi-phased project will be licensed by the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Florida Heart Associates will remain occupied and operational during construction, requiring daily coordination between Stevens Construction, Florida Heart Associates and subcontractors. 

The Stevens Construction team worked in preconstruction for six months prior to construction starting, providing due diligence on the project site, budgeting, constructability reviews and cost-savings suggestions to ensure Florida Heart Associates’ budget, schedule and quality goals are achieved. 

The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Mike Brooks; superintendent, JJ Slaugh; project engineer, Tate Hernly; and project administrator, Sue Ziegenfus. The project was designed by PRA.
